We hope you had a wonderful Christmas day! We were thinking about going snow tubing today, but instead decided to snuggle up and hang out at home. Nothing like doing nothing all day to relax the mind and reminisce of good times.   Here is our toast to you! May your holiday season be filled with things that make you happy! This year, I decided to add to the list and make candy apples, chocolate apples, caramel apples, you get the idea, something sweet covering crisp, delicious apples!

On the batch below, Pat and I made some caramel, dunked the apples, chilled, melted chocolate, dunked apples, added coconut to some and walnuts to others, chilled. It was really fun and after we finish this batch I am going to make some more!

Hugs and love to everyone, yep that includes you! I hope the Jagerday season is being good to everyone. We had a Jager tree this year and it was beautiful. awww sweet emptying the baby jager bottle memories….. that was a fun night!

If only we could give you a gigantic humongous hug… that would be fabulous! We are having a nice start to the day! Pat was so excited to open his presents! We both got some amazing gifts. Pat was so thoughtful this year. I am happy to report that I did not get a 15 cup rice cooker. Yeah, I will never let him forget that one…

I opened several presents including a few Pat gave me through the week. Here are the goodies:

I bought Pat a story telling, wisdom talker, trivia player Yoda man. Yoda is so cool. He just loves it! Enjoy this little video clip of them hanging out together… aww.

Later we plan to play xbot and have a glass of wine or two. The windows open and the fire place on. We have no snow this year! Where is the snow??
I am going to take a shower now, then put back on my sleepy clothes. Lounge. Love. Be happy.

The tree is in the corner.. I left it just like that for a while. We decided to have a holiday drink of Crown and gingerale and we watched a horror movie. awww now thats a good time! As I update right now, Pat talks to Craig on the telephone!! Miss you Craig! I will see you real soon.
