I remember when I was practically immobile from my chronic back pain. I was pushing 180 pounds and wearing a size 16 pants. Getting out of bed was becoming difficult. Walking was a chore. This book is wonderful. I read it over a year ago and forgot all about it. It is on my list of things to read again. These are the agreements - Be impeccable with your word. - Don’t take anything personally. - Don’t make assumptions. - Always do your best.
