Pat and I played pool yesterday and boy oh boy did he rack up! And not the racking up you do when you loose a game. I am talking about the racking up you get by kicking my butt and winning all of the bets! Lets see, with out me getting my phone out and pulling up the document of all his winnings….
of the top of my head he won:
one mac
one xbot game
steak dinner
and several others!
He was ruthless and even made the eight ball in on break too! The only thing I had going for me was the game right after he got the eight ball in on break. I ran the table and left him with 7 balls showing. I won a few, but he stomped me! I wouldn’t give up though. I kept trying… usually I can get him on the double or nothings… but not this time!

We went to Fridays to get him a steak… and I got a couple cool looking shots at the bar. gah, I can’t believe he stomped me like that! Enjoy it while it last Pat!

Happy New Year Everyone! I had such a wonderful time yesterday! Pat and I went to play pool at Side Pockets (OMG everyone has a myspace these days!) We had a nice waitress … yeah weird huh? We played pool and watch the Saints while I kicked Pats ass in pool! (in the beginning) of course my 4 black and tans caught up to me and so did Pat. He ended up winning on the championship game! Congratulations Pat, you feel like a big boy now! I’ll get you next time!

Time for me to hang up my so called bad habits and move on with my bad self, I mean good self! Come on everyone hang up those bad pants, hang them out to dry!

So do I have any New Year Resolutions??????? Hell Yeah!

Right now some of my concerns are: health and back issues – laziness -
My health? pretty good I feel I have some digestive issues, maybe I see a fast coming up in my future. I am a big chunky, this is what my back is telling me, I weighed myself this morning, one hundred and fifty two pounds! Remembering through out the years, my “feel good” weight is about 135 – So I suspect this is my goal weight – I don’t care about the number, just how I feel. So to achieve this I will do what I do best, yoga, more raw foods in my diet, sexy every day, limit my popcorn intake (aw man), less television and increased activity. That should do it!

laziness? Well this stems from me working my ass off and not having adequate time off from work. My number 1 thing is to work only 40 hours or less every week.
Things that will help with this is to stop doing it by myself…. I need an assistant manager, a stock associate, and 2 part timers. I am off today and all I want to do is lounge, but I have some serious straightening to do, my desk at home is completely covered… i see no surface area at all! Paper, bills, standard process bottles, coffee coup, make up bag, shoe inserts, magazines, etc… ALL of it on my little desk! What the hell? I just need to tackle it and keep it organized. I used to be the most organized person I know now I have some serious issues!

So thats plenty to keep my new year busy! Oh and I want to take a beach vacation this year no matter what.

Feeling fine and dandy. Gordon and Lynette are visiting! Yippeeeee! We had lunch, played pool, had dinner, enjoyed a margarita, y mas! I talked with Riplee this morning. I love you Riplee! Mom is counting the days to my birthday and she sent me a photo of a pretty cake and a voice memo of “happy Birthday.” Pat bought me a sweet DS lite 2 days ago! They seem to be pretty popular. I left work yesterday at noon. And today I left at 3. Saturday I am scheduled off. Finally.

I had so much fun playing pool yesterday!! I played 2 or 3 games. Mostly I enjoyed sitting down and having a shiner bock beer. Off my feet. Not working. Chillin with Lynette, Gordon and Pat. It was super nice.

Sunday August 14, 2005 Pat and I went to Champions for our Sunday pool fix. We had the pleasure to hang out with Mike Massey!!! 9 time world champion, his latest victory at the 2005 World Games in Bottrop We have seen him compete on television and we were delighted to meet him in person this past Sunday. We asked Massey where he was from and his where abouts. His response was, I have 3 homes, where I was born – Tennessee, where I live now (I forgot) and where I will live – Heaven. Mike was very religious and talked openly about it. He signed our book and picture and added “Jesus loves us” He talked to me about how special my name was, ( I don’t remember his story, I was a little shocked) Something about there are 2 types of Angels, and I have a head start to Heaven if I have accepted Jesus into my life. We chatted for a while, he reminded me of my dad. My dad loves to talk about Jesus too. He was refreshing to talk too and a wonder to watch!

Watch this video clip of him doing a few trick shots. It was a pool hall, so it is a bit dark, but you can still see. It was SO fun to be there. My leg kept shaking in excitement and my heart was pounding. I was just so excited to see a world champion right before me!!
