Time to get serious about losing this baby weight. I been stuck at the same weight for a month now. It is starting to get me a little frustrated, not to mention my back is starting to bug me. My back is the ultimate thing to stay in tuned with… when it hurts, I need yoga, stretches and most importantly, less fat!
My ultimate goal as far as weight is to be around 135 pounds.
My last weeks at Pier 1 was April 2008 I remember telling Diana that I finally made it to the “30s” I was 139!

I left my job because we were planning to move and we stayed put and every month that went by I gained a pound +.
By the time March 2009 came around I was 155 pounds. And I found out I was pregnant!

I enjoyed my pregnancy so much! I gained 35 pounds and was the heaviest I have ever been at 190 pounds! But my belly is so beautiful…

Today is March 26, 2010 and I weigh 165 pounds. I been at this weight for a month now. I shouldn’t be surprised. I don’t walk my 10,000 steps a day. I haven’t been drinking enough water. I been eating “fast” food like frozen meals, sandwiches and schwans has been our best friend the last few month. I only did yoga twice this last month. I only went to the gym like 4 times this last month. So what the hell kind of results to I expect from that? I should expect nothing… and well that is what I got! lol
Well time to change… Mariella is sleeping more at night so I am getting some needed rest. So no more excuses!
Some things I done / will do .
I bought myself a new pair of workout pants. I went to Target to buy me some big girl pants (tired of wearing my maternity pants!) and was not happy with the size… so instead of buying pants that fit, I bought some workout pants!
I ordered some new tennis shoes online Monday! They should be here by the weekend I hope. I need a new pair so bad, it has been more than 2 years!

I renewed my subscription to My Yoga Online! ~ the best site ever!
I washed my water bottle! yeah, well it was on my nightstand and I left it there a couple days… then I didn’t want to drink the water from it.. then several more days went by. Then Pat melted the top of his water bottle in the dishwater so I gave him the top to mine.. and well then I didn’t have a top for it.. so another several days went by. Now it is clean and I filled it up this morning!

Looking forward to the weeks to come. I am looking forward to my back feeling better, my flexibility and strength returning, my complexion getting brighter, the spring in my step returning and the all around wonderful feeling of being healthy.

I finally started the shred Monday. I made a "pledge" with a several online friends to complete it and today is the third day.
