Would you eat these blueberries?
Well, let me give you the scenario first, before you decide. Taking our groceries out of the car I dropped the pint of blueberries and every single one of them went on to the pavement. My first instinct was to leave them and run! But then I though how rude of me, since this was our parking spot at the complex, and I would feel aweful is someone stepped in them or what not.
So I picked them all up. They didn’t roll far. I thought, why not wash them and eat them? They grow outside where bugs crawl on them…. So if I would eat them if bugs and mess were on them, why wouldn’t I eat them if I dropped them on freshly rained on pavement? I have them in water right now…..
So now….. would you eat these blueberries?

Yes i would eat them…in fact Angel this reminds me…the other day i was outside checking out my blueberry bushes…i had one ripe blueberry…so what did i do…i picked it and ate it…lol…didn’t even wash it…..and look i am still alive…lol
I would soak and rinse like 10 times….then I would eat them (after I visualized them back back at the store and me buying and never ever dropping them on the cement).
I would have to do the visualization because I know that if I didn’t I would visualize them all over the pavement while simultaneously trying to eat one and I wouldn’t enjoy them as much. Sorry for being the crazy one…that’s it my final answer.

I’d eat them and wouldn’t even think twice. Would probably wash them first, though.
You have a better chance of picking up hepatitis from the berries by the people who picked them than getting sick from dropping them on the pavement. Main thing is to wash all produce and fruits thoroughly before consuming them.

I remember picking blackberries growing up and eating them right off the vine. Mom, used to freak saying stop they might have worms in that!
lol I didn’t care though, they were good!
Now I care though, you soak those blackberries and half the time a worm is floating on top the water! ewwwwwww

True, I did wash them well…. very well. And I will eat them for a snack today!
