“You look pregnant today”

Posted on Jun 19, 2009 in Blog | 3 comments

Yesterday, I was walking around outside enjoying the scenery while I waited for Pat to come home from work.   He called when he was about a mile away, so I took the walk to the side road.  I saw him turning the corner and I crossed the street waving and doing a hitchhikers thumb.   lol

He stopped, I hopped in, and not a second passed before he said “ you look pregnant today!“  I started laughing, said it must be this baby I have in my womb!  :-)   Or I bet it is this shirt, this shirt makes me look pregnant!

It is weird to know that I am pregnant.  It feels a little dream like.  We are looking forward to our July 1st appointment.

If the Dr. can tell the sex of the baby,

I might just have the doctor write it down on a sheet of paper and seal it in an envelope. Then if we decide to know, then we will open it!  Or better yet, we could do our next internet video about it!  :-)   hummm

Here are a couple pictures from my walk yesterday.  I’ll take some of my “pregnant look” this weekend.

  1. Gorgeous photos! You live in such a pretty area. So full of nature and serenity! Looking forward to the "pregnant look" photo/s.

BTW, think the writing the boy/girl answer down on a sheet of paper then posting the video when you guys read it sounds great! Hopefully the doctor will be able to tell on July 1…hey that's my 20th wedding anniversary day too!

    • WOW your 20th anniversary! awesome!

I wonder if Pat would like the envelope idea… I don't know how he would incorporate his "ladies man" act into the video though… it could be weird if he is drinking liquor and talking about babies. lol
