Super mom, super wife and super tired! :-) I created this website to keep my friends, family and internet enthusiast entertained. :P I try to take pretty pictures, make healthy foods, play arts and crafts and much more!
I did it! I also did some yoga, although it was very difficult because Elway, (Faith's Dog) would NOT leave me alone
She thought it was play time!!
Even thought the 5 day challenge is over, I will do my best to keep doing my back stretches daily. It takes less than 5 minutes to do the stretches and I think I am worth it!
Well, when I got home from work the grass needed to bet cut. The whole yard with weed eating and all takes about two hours and lots of sweat was produced so I feel productive!!!
Didn't do yoga or any kind of exercise yesterday. When I got home from giving blood I felt pretty woozy. But by giving blood I saved someone's life so I don't feel like a total slacker. I will try to keep exercising. I think I will go with an every other day approach and maybe reward myself with a manicure every two weeks that I don't slack off.
okay, I admit it … I'm a loser. I haven't kept the commitment, but I did go to physical therapy yesterday and today AND I rode my bike this evening. I've been trying to lose 10 pounds and the scale just won't budge. I had cut back on eating, but no help. I quit drinking (as much) beer, no help. The physical therapist recommended cardio exercise. So tonight it was bike riding, tomorrow night it will be ROCKING MY ASS OFF at the Seether, Papa Roach, Staind concert in Orange Beach, Alabama. Then lots of long walks with my hottie and maybe a swim in the heated pool. Trying to play catch up!
