Woo Hooo! But Sunday I was traveling all day and night, had a flat on the way home, complications with that and I didn't get home until after midnight. It is still exercise and all. I have been doing awesome with the one coke a day thing. I will update agian tonight once I get home. I am going donate blood and then I will do my yoga. I just finished my back stretches and exercises! I talked with Juanita, and she has been riding her bike a little everyday but she can't update on the computer.
