day 4 ~ mini challenge update

    whats happening everyone!! I just finished my back stretches and exercises!

    I talked with Juanita, and she has been riding her bike a little everyday but she can't update on the computer. I sent her a new computer, and we are having some technical difficulties getting it up and running.

    OK…I did 3 Miles today!!!!!!! WHOOP WHOOP!!!I think I could have done another one but the street lights came on and it was time to get home!!!! Angel, While you are in NC tell my family hi for me :)

      holy moly Amy that's awesome! I tried to walk Faiths dog today and it didn't go as smoothly as I imagined it! lol keep up the that awesome routine! :)

    can't do the brace right now..surgery again…so what the hell??? this is absolutely crazy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      Hey Darlene! sorry to hear about another surgery.. .. that sucks so bad, but its good too. This time they will get it right, 7 is your lucky number right?

    Didn't do yoga but I did throw the football with Austin yesterday and run around a bit so I think that's pretty close right? It is still exercise and all. I have been doing awesome with the one coke a day thing. I will update agian tonight once I get home. I am going donate blood and then I will do my yoga. Awesome job to everyone else :lol:

    Well, I started on Saturday!! Woo Hooo! But Sunday I was traveling all day and night, had a flat on the way home, complications with that and I didn't get home until after midnight. Emotional ISSUES arose on Monday and I completely forgot about it. But it's TUESDAY, a new day! I WILL meet the challenge and post an update later tonight!
