day 1 ~ mini challenge update

  1. Hey everyone! I just did my back exercises/stretches. It wasn't too bad, when I first laid on the floor my low back was really stiff and crunchy… it feels longer and less crunchy now!

    Since I was on the floor, I went ahead and threw a few sit ups in there too.

    It didn't take me long either, under 10 minutes. I am going for a walk now..

  2. sniff.sniff.sniff…sniff…no i did not do my leg brace or exercise bike…shame…shame…on me :cry:

    • Hey Darlene, sorry you didn't get to do your leg brace or exercise bike… I really really hope your weekend is less hectic so you can do them this weeekend…. but please please watch that bump in your knee!!!! call the doctor and tell him whats going on…. Hugs to you@
