There are 2 types of coffee. Work coffee and lounge coffee.
Work coffee = You wake in the morning ~ shower, dress, shave all the typical things you do before you go to work. On your way to work, you stop at your favorite coffee shop/gas station and get a magical cup of java. You get to work with your fresh savory cup of java, and start your day!
Lounge coffee = You wake in the morning ~ you don’t work today. So you lounge during coffee time. You carefully measure every scoop and add a little scoop for good luck. Coffee brews. You pour a fresh cup of good stuff into your favorite mug. You sip. Read drudge report and emails. You piddle around as you drink your morning coffee and lounge around the house.
So.
If you enjoy your work coffee after you are fresh and clean and at work, then there is absolutely no reason that you can’t do a little exercise before you get fresh and clean. Right? You still get your lounge coffee on the days you are not working.

I did this this morning. I moved my ass for 35 minutes. Nothing mega intense. 15 minutes brisk walking around the lake and 20 minutes on the elliptical. I am fresh and clean now. I enjoyed my yogurt while typing this. I am fixing to grab my work bag and head to the club house for my Starbucks and a place to sit and study. (my workshop started yesterday)
