mini 5 day challenge

You know you want to do it everyday.  It wouldn’t take that much effort on your part.  But you just can’t seem to get it accomplished.  What is it? What do you want to be doing everyday? Maybe its:

- making the bed every morning
- calling any friend or family member just to say hello
- not going back for a second helping of food
- saying a nightly prayer
- not eating fast food
- morning workout, even it is just 10 minutes
- eat a piece of fruit
- saying I love you
- organize your email in-box
- respond to your emails
- drinking your coffee with no sugar
- write in your journal
- turn off the tv 2 hours early
- it could be ANYTHING

Lets do a mini 5 day challenge. Commit to doing something daily for 5 days… something that you believe your body, mind and/or heart would benefit from. Doesn’t that sound lovely?

~ Decide what you want to do in the 5 day period. (it can be absolutely anything)
~ Prepare to start this Friday October 10
~ Leave your commitment in a comment below, share as much or as little info you like
~ Beginning Friday, there will be a daily post for 5 days so we can all report back on our progress.

I don’t know what the sticker below means..  I just liked the way it looked on the pole.  Let me know if you know what I don’t know about that sticker!  LOL
