You know you want to do it everyday. It wouldn’t take that much effort on your part. But you just can’t seem to get it accomplished. What is it? What do you want to be doing everyday? Maybe its:
- making the bed every morning
- calling any friend or family member just to say hello
- not going back for a second helping of food
- saying a nightly prayer
- not eating fast food
- morning workout, even it is just 10 minutes
- eat a piece of fruit
- saying I love you
- organize your email in-box
- respond to your emails
- drinking your coffee with no sugar
- write in your journal
- turn off the tv 2 hours early
- it could be ANYTHING
Lets do a mini 5 day challenge. Commit to doing something daily for 5 days… something that you believe your body, mind and/or heart would benefit from. Doesn’t that sound lovely?
~ Decide what you want to do in the 5 day period. (it can be absolutely anything)
~ Prepare to start this Friday October 10
~ Leave your commitment in a comment below, share as much or as little info you like
~ Beginning Friday, there will be a daily post for 5 days so we can all report back on our progress.

Super mom, super wife and super tired! :-) I created this website to keep my friends, family and internet enthusiast entertained. :P I try to take pretty pictures, make healthy foods, play arts and crafts and much more!
Out of like 500 things I challenge myself to do my back exercises and stretches daily. One doctor told me, Angel you must do these stretches everyday, make it a habit just like brushing your teeth. Another doctor told me, Angel don't lift anything heavier than a coffee cup.
I have not done the specific exercises and stretches given to me in over a year. And I move like a million pounds of freight in the last year. Humm wonder why my back is crunchy and hurts more and more these days.
So I pick to commit to my back stretches and exercises!!
I am only going to drink one coke or juice a day(everything else will be either water or tea with sugar in the raw sweetener) and I am going to do 30 minutes of Yoga each morning. I will not press snooze to get a couple extra minutes of sleep because this will benefit me much more than a little extra wonderful sleep. I am also going to take 10 minutes when I get home and sit in silence and focus on finding my happy place before having to do homework, chores, work and cooking dinner.(everyone needs some me time)

Steph and I started walking 2miles a day for the last 7 days. we will continue to do it. It has been easy because I have been on vacation…I don't know how easy it will be when I go back to work on Sunday. We shall see:) Oh yeah and Friday is my b-day
Hey Amy! So happy you decided to join in on the mini 5 day challenge. Walking is my thing at the moment too. Yesterday I counted the steps around the sewage pond, I mean man made lake, at the apartment and its 560. I walked it 5 times through out the day! Enjoy the rest of your vacation!
Hey Mom! So happy you jumped in on the challenge. Have fun riding your bike today, just think of all those calories you are going to burn!
Starting physical therapy next Monday for neck and back problems. In addition to those exercises, I WILL use my ab lounge and exercise my core. I have a fabulous halloween costume that I want to wear, but it reveals my midriff, so I've GOT to get in shape before the end of the month. Whew! Work it girls . . . work it! (I really need to give up the beer, but . . . I really LIKE my beer!)

Commit to doing my leg brace 3 times a day….and ride stationery bike 15 minutes daily……this will be hard to do….so please, please, please push me……
