afternoon snack and pack

I am working at home….  see? can’t you tell how busy I am … I mean come on I am wearing glasses for petes sake!

I did a LOT of yoga and stretches today.  Lexie and I have a challenge going on..  I work on all of my splits (left right and straddle) and she works on her scorpion. (pssst Lexie, Aunt Angel has her right split already and working on the left!)

Nothing much going on.  Working on a project that needs to be shipped out on Monday (G$ thats for you)  and doing some basic house cleaning. This weekend Pat and I are going to Fogo de Chao to celebrate being alive and well. Yay! now your turn…

      Thanks Darlene! I got the picture of Lexie practicing her scorpion move…. I'll have to send one of my progress to her too!

      anyone else wanna get in on the split challenge?? Lets get flexible!
