The largest lightning bolt I have ever seen!

*reposting – I am testing some stuff, plus lightning is cool!*

Last night we had a tremendous storm over here in Maryland. It was wicked cool. Pat and I went on the patio to witness the show… I caught a few bolts on my camera which was a first! As I was taking the video, I captured a mega thick, mega bright, mega loud lightning bolt that hit the apartments in front of us.

It was the largest lightning bolt I can ever remember seeing.. at the end of the clip you can hear me say “going in now” I was totally freaked out and my heart was beating so hard, I was nervous, jittery, it felt like I just completed an extremely difficult workout.. I felt fatigued from watching the lightning! weird!

      mom, I am a little crazy… but not a lot! I did go inside after that last one!!! :???: Tell Lexie not to ever go outside during a lightning storm!

    I was getting ready to say call your local news station and show them the clip you have….and when i read the comments that Peter left…i had to laugh..so you see you should call them….you just never know….but it was an awesome video…..

    I noticed I didn't hear Pat say anything after that one. How hard was it to drag him inside after he passed out? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. I would have crapped myself :razz:
