Just a few things…

Tomorrow is my birthday!

My staff surprised me with a beautifully decorated office – a hand made bouquet – princess birthday hat – and lots of fresh fruit and bagels for a birthday celebration! I wore my hat all day and we had a wonderful time – I felt really appreciated!

My boss then called – all stores closed by October 31 2007. Then we all got a little sad… Where ever I go I would take them with me! The news will be official at 10:00 today – I will know when my store is closing next week.

I think I will travel to North Carolina this weekend to see Faith and Eban! This is great.. it is also a great reason to buy me a new camera (mine is in the shop AGAIN!)

I’ll be thinking if I want to manage the store next to me – the non kid version of my company – Its a nice opportunity -

I’ll also think I will be sending my resume out – all over the place. I would like to work for a company that would pay for part of my education. I only have an associates degree – it would be nice if I could achieve my bachlors at least!

I have been studying Spanish every day for 2 weeks now…. AND I actually had a conversation with a man that didn’t speak english! I am getting over my fear just a bit and I am steadily increasing my vocabulary

An associate gave me some workbooks to start learning Chinese! whoa, I know all the characters so far !
