Well I asked my wise self ,What the hell is that? and my wise self said don't know.
Gordon, I was looking for a regular picture of this thing. It was at the baltimore Inner Harbor and it was a very tall thingy going up into the sky! Very large in diamater too… Scott noticed it and said "Angel, take a picture of this!" So I did, and I was aiming straight up into the sky. The white part of the picture is the sky…. it came out pure white.
