This sucks..
I think I messed up my latissimus dorsi… it hurts… tenngo muchos de dolor en mi espalda! ayyyyy no me gusta! I shouldn’t wrestle with Pat any more. I just may be getting too old for that stuff! It hurts to breath, turn, bend, ahh well you get the idea, it freaking hurts!
Check out the pretty creature I captured on my nature walk yesterday! I walked to Safeway from work, through the parking lot and found a pretty bush to admire! heheeee, ah well I’ll take it when I can get it!

Cool bug and great photo Sis! It's weird, when I lived in Burlingame I would walk across the Safeway parking lot a lot too. Sometimes I would go get a sandwich at Safeway during my lunch break from work. Man, I do miss the American Safeways.
Sorry to hear about your injury….be careful! Hope it heals really really fast.
