I made these several times so far. Each time different, but for the most part I used half corn, half squash, a lot of Jalapenos, and a dash of sea salt. Dehydrating them took the longest, like all day! I bet these would be wonderful as a raw “corn tortilla”. Sorry for not having exact recipes, but I am experimenting and learning as I go! I’ll update things in more detail as I figure it out! I did find out that using a food processor was much better than a blender. A blender liquefied it way too much! I try to use organic and fresh when possible and you should too! If you have any questions, let me know, so I can answer them or figure it out!
1 ~ Gather up Yellow squash, frozen corn, jalapeno, sea salt. Blend in a food processor.
2 ~ Pour corn mixture onto a teflex sheet. Dehydrate at 105 until you reach desired crispiness.
3 ~ Enjoy plain or with bean dip or salsa or what ever!

Super mom, super wife and super tired! :-) I created this website to keep my friends, family and internet enthusiast entertained. :P I try to take pretty pictures, make healthy foods, play arts and crafts and much more!
That looks pretty good! :bigsurprise_ee: If I had a food dehydrator, I most certainly would make some. :smile1_ee:
