I read some more last night in bed. It was not as rewarding as reading outside surrounded in my little paradise. But it was nice reading it.. I am at part where it is giving you many breathing exercise ideas along with affirmations. I am really happy you are liking the site design, I want to surround the place with happy goodness.... <strong>Darlene</strong> Thank you! That beach towel if huge! It really is my little paradise, even though I can hear traffic here and there, soon I will be able to block it out completely when I decide to meditate or do some breathing exercises outside. Do you still have that book I lent you a long time ago - Happiness is a choice? I lent it to you or mom... It is a little red book and I am searching for it. Let me know if you have it OK? oh and if you look in the picture closely, not only do I have coffee and my book, but I have a round container of hemp foot lotion! I am stepping up in a big way and the positive energy is starting to flow around me without any effort.
