Be good to yourself!

Make a list of the things you believe are good for you. Things you see yourself doing, enjoying, accomplishing. Set a few goals here!!

One thing I been neglecting.. being good to myself.

For me this means:
~Food ~eating a lot of raw foods (fruits, veggies, nuts and sprouts)
~Yoga ~ everyday, even if is for 5 minutes.
~Talkin ~ yes, talking. Talking with my family and handful of friends does wonders for my spirit.
~Reading ~ I have many beautiful wonderful books at my fin get tips
~Sex ~ yes please. Something sexy every day.
~Love ~ Allowing myself to love myself in everyday. I say you receive the vibes you put out.

The above is my way… the way I feel I must be… The things I want in my life. Is that selfish?? no way, loving me allows me to love others unconditionally.
